At Just Paving, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request a refund, please contact our sales team using one of the following methods:

Please have your order number ready so our team can assist you quickly.
Return Timeframes
- Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to return the goods within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Processing Time: Once a return is initiated, we aim to collect the goods and process your refund within 2-3 working days.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Condition of Goods
To be eligible for a refund, goods must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, in “as new” condition, and fit for resale.
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
- Identification: You must include a note with your full name and order number (found on your invoice) inside the return so we can identify your items.
Packaging & Collection Requirements
For a successful collection, please ensure the following:
- Pallet Condition: Goods must be placed on the pallet exactly as they were delivered.
- Accessibility: The pallet must be positioned so that our driver can load it onto the vehicle using a pump truck.
- Liability: You remain responsible for the goods until they are back in our possession and have been formally accepted by our team.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. This will be charged at:
- The same rate as the original delivery, OR
- £120 per pallet (incl. VAT), whichever is the lesser amount.
